Trust house is MARR certified as a Level III home.
As a level III certification, the homes are managed by professionals and residents who have been appointed based on success

Cost & What’s Included

Each resident is responsible for a monthly payment of $700, due at the beginning of each month and payable to SKY, LLC. Rent may be subsidized when applicable. This fee includes the following:

  • Shared Bedroom – Furnished with a twin bed, linens, bureau, and towels.

  • Utilities – Heat, electricity, and hot water are included, with the home maintained at a comfortable temperature.

  • Wi-Fi Access – Internet access is provided, with a limit of two devices per resident.

  • Laundry Facilities – On-site laundry is available. Use of off-site laundry services is the responsibility of the resident.

  • Cleaning Supplies – Basic cleaning tools and supplies are provided; residents are expected to maintain a clean and safe living environment.

Additional Supports:
Sky LLC homes provides a unique accessibility to a MOU provider and team of professionals who are dedicated to the treatment of substance use and behavioral health. These health home model of care teams include:

  • Medication Assisted Treatment Prescribers

  • Peer Recovery Coaches

  • Behavioral Health Peer Supports

  • Care Coordinators

  • Psych Nurses Practitioners 

  • Substance Use and Behavioral Health Therapists
